Healthy Behaviors (Project 5210)

The Mission:

To aid families in making lifestyle changes, to develop healthy eating habits and encourage physical fitness by focusing on a healthier way of life to combat childhood obesity and diabetes.

The Vision:

5210 represents a code for healthy living for children:

  • 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
  • 2 hours or less of television or electronic viewing per day
  • 1 hour of physical activity or exercise per day, and
  • 0 tolerance for alcohol, tobacco, and drugs
